This captivating photograph immortalizes a special day when Prince Frederick of Denmark visited Sydney. I had the privilege of being on a media boat, covering his practice session during the prestigious Rolex Pre-World Farr 40 Championships aboard his yacht, Wanoq.<\/div>\n
\n

The Pre-World Championships draw skilled sailors from around the world, all competing fiercely to refine their strategies and improve their boat performance ahead of the main World Championships. Supported by Rolex, a brand that champions excellence in sailing, this event showcases some of the finest talent in the sport.<\/p>\n

The Farr 40 class is celebrated for its strict one-design regulations, ensuring that all boats are identical in design and equipment. This creates a level playing field that emphasizes the sailors\u2019 skill over the advantages of different boat designs.<\/p>\n

I recall the day vividly; the swell was enormous, and while I was prepared with a seasickness tablet, many of my fellow media members were not so fortunate. The fierce competition spurred me to capture as many yachts as possible despite the rough seas making it challenging to stay upright. Just when I thought I\u2019d missed my chance, the yachts clustered together for a fleeting moment, allowing me to capture this perfect frame.<\/p>\n

This photograph not only captures the thrill of competitive sailing but also commemorates a unique event in Sydney\u2019s rich maritime history.<\/p>\n

    2) Cotton Rag Matt Paper for the very best fine art printing. This is an archival paper that will give lasting image stability for many years and produce crisp detail. If you require a border around your fine art print please request this once you have selected your preferred size. You can request an extra 10,25, or 50mm all around your image.<\/p>\n

    3) Framed Canvas which comes with a high-quality smooth canvas fabric stretched print, within a lightweight durable aluminum frame in both a white and black finish. The Canvas Frame\u2019s unique interchangeable art canvas system allows for quick and easy updates of your artwork. Ideal for corporate commissions, hotel lobbies, retail spaces, hospitality, or indoor public spaces.<\/p>\n

    4) Print and Frame Classic: a new, contemporary way to present your wall art, printed with a smooth satin finish. No glass, no reflections. (Available in natural timber frame or white and black aluminium.)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
