When you come across silhouette figures against a red backdrop art installation, it certainly makes an interesting photo.<\/p>\n

It was Vivid and I found this photo<\/a> recently when going through my archive. The opportunity to get something a bit different was more than welcomed.<\/p>\n

Sometimes when covering an event or simply walking around the streets with a camera, you do not always know what you are going to get until you see that moment.<\/p>\n

I love the work of Jay Maisel <\/a>especially his book ” Light, Gesture and Color”.<\/p>\n

The mysterious woman photographing her friend against the red background totally inspired me.<\/p>\n

There was no time to check my camera settings as the moment would have been lost.<\/p>\n

The location was Circular Quay, packed with locals and tourists.<\/p>\n
