Really enjoyed going down to Vivid<\/a> and taking some shots especially of the illuminated office building overlooking Circular Quay with their great colours.\u00a0Now if you are really keen on photographing urban night scenes there is a good tutorial I have come across which talks about how to create more vibrant photos using luminosity masks in photoshop on the Digital Photography School website by Yaopey Yong.<\/a><\/p>\n

The whole point about this article is to help you to correct over exposed highlights due to using a long exposure. My shots were all taken with a tripod on a Canon 5D Mark 111 and the mirror lock was enabled to avoid any movement with a 1-second exposure.<\/p>\n
