For this reason,&nbsp;<strong>we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged or Defective Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We take great care in packaging your artwork, but if your order arrives&nbsp;<strong>damaged or defective<\/strong>, please contact us within&nbsp;<strong>5 days of delivery<\/strong>&nbsp;at [paullovelace@me.com], including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your tracking number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A description of the issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear photos showing the damage or defect<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the damage is confirmed, we\u2019ll arrange a&nbsp;<strong>replacement print<\/strong>&nbsp;straightaway at no additional cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">International Orders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that&nbsp;<strong>international shipments may be subject to customs delays<\/strong>&nbsp;or additional import duties.
