Each fine art print is custom made to order, carefully printed and packaged in Australia to ensure the highest quality. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your artwork, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [paullovelace@me.com], including:
- Your tracking number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
If the damage is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement print straightaway at no additional cost.
International Orders
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs delays or additional import duties. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not grounds for return or refund.
