One evening, after a corporate shoot, I rushed home to take my border collie, Ollie, for a walk. While driving back from a popular dog park, I was captivated by a brilliant sunset beginning to unfold. With only five minutes before the moment would pass, I knew I had to act quickly.
My camera and tripod were still in the car, so I parked, grabbed my gear, and hurried to the scene with Ollie by my side. Time was of the essence; this was a fleeting opportunity that needed to be captured. Setting up my tripod took a moment longer than I’d hoped, but I wanted to ensure the best quality for a large wall art print, avoiding any motion blur in the low light. Once my camera was securely mounted, I adjusted the settings to manual mode, looked through the viewfinder, and was awestruck by the beauty before me.
