What inspired me to take this particular photo was the strong shadow in the foreground. The contrast of green with the white sand of Bondi Beach also influenced the overall composition of this shot.
It was not planned but a spontaneous moment when I just happened to be driving down Campbell Parade and I just had to stop. I used a polarising filter and processed the raw file in lightroom with minimal adjustments. Bad light early afternoon with harsh shadows does not complement portrait photography yet enhances certain landscape shots. This photo is available as a large print for corporate environments, office spaces and home interiors.
