Had fun photographing the first building in Australia designed by one of the worlds most influential architects Frank Gehry. It’s named after Dr Chau Chak Wing a Chinese Australian businessman and philanthropist. The building is described as the “squashed brown paper bag”. Its hard to believe its a Business School at the University of Technology, Sydney. While I was fascinated by the design and detail of the building I wanted to also show that its part of the University and I captured some students relaxing on the grass outside at lunchtime. Using a polarising filter eliminated reflections on the windows and darkened the sky, this I felt made this amazing building look even more dynamic.
